“What did you call me???” Depending on the attitude those words are spoken with, they can mean a lot of different things. Have you ever heard them? Spoken them? They bring back memories of growing up for me. (I have 2 sisters and 1 brother, and let’s just say we didn’t always obey the golden rule.) Names would fly, and then you’d hear, “What did you call me?” And then…well…let’s just move on, shall we? Or they could be the case of…..

Change of plans…
Ever have a plan that kept getting changed? Or get hit with one thing after another with no break in sight? Ever wonder why? We can take a little hope from Mark chapter 6 today. There may just be a miracle right around the corner.
It’s too late, Lord!
Have you ever set your expectation on something and got so excited about it…and then it didn’t happen quite like you thought? Or when you thought? Or how you thought? What do we do when He’s too late?
Are you insane?
I am dropping the challenge flag today like they do in football. If a coach wants to question the decision of the referee on any given play, they have to throw a red flag on the field. And they better be pretty certain their challenge is good because if they’re wrong, they have something to lose…a time out.
I don’t really have anything to lose by throwing my flag down, but I really want to challenge this. This is something I have said myself. It’s something I’ve seen in a different light lately. It’s something that will take a fearless boldness on our part to actually do.
It’s a control thing!
Have you ever wanted something really bad? So bad you could taste it? I remember trying out for Cheerleading for the 8th grade and waiting for the call to see if I made the squad….and I didn’t. Then trying out for 9th grade and not making it. Then trying out for 10th grade….and finally – I made the squad. Each year when I tried out and didn’t make it, I got so discouraged and then determined to keep practicing and keep trying out in hope that I would eventually make it. It took 3 years, but it finally happened. Waiting is no fun…
