Did you hear what happened?
Did you ever have amazing news you wanted to share, only no one is around to listen? So you call your spouse. No answer. You call your best friend. No answer. It’s such amazing news you want to shout it from the rooftops! So…God had a baby, and He really wanted to tell someone….who does He pick? It wasn’t the celebrity down the road.
Hidden places…
Not everything happens the way we think it should…God brought forth the most amazing of miracles…the most important miracle of ALL time…in a hidden place. The culmination of this miracle that Mary and Joseph had waited 9 months for was happening – not out in public for all to see – but in the most hidden of places….

How many times have you read the Christmas Story in Luke chapters 1 and 2…once or twice? Hundreds? Have you ever wondered why Mary was allowed to ask the angel a question and Zechariah wasn’t.
